Terms

• the minimum amount of each order is PLN 600 net (PLN 738 gross) or 140 euro net at wholesale prices
• shipping costs for each package sent are covered by the buyer (each package is max. 30 kg - not applicable to overall products)
• courier parcel is payable according to DPD price list
• personal collection is possible at our head office -  Poland, Krakow, ul. Pulkownika Dąbka 8 room 208 (entry from the side of Biskupińska 5A street)
• payment: prepayment / collection / credit on individual terms
• the prices of products shown on the website are gross wholesale prices
• purchased goods are not refundable

Akson Center reserves the right to change the prices of products on the B2B wholesale platform without informing customers.

Placing an order in the B2B panel is tantamount to committing to pay for the ordered products.

Please note that the order can be withheld if the customer has financial arrears for an unpaid invoice.

Shipments are made to the address provided by the Contractor at the time of ordering - please pay attention to the final address.

You can submit complaints by writing to us at biuro@akson.edu.pl

Please provide the details of the shipment/order, as well as placing photos of the damaged goods. In the case of complaints about goods, the customer bears the direct costs of sending the products back to the seller. 14 business days are foreseen for consideration of the complaint. Complaints are possible if the product has factory defects, has been damaged during delivery or has been issued as incomplete. The advertised goods should have original packaging.
